2. How We Use Your Information

  • Enquiry processing: Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether Quantova is an appropriate fit for your project.
  • HR and recruitment: Application data and resumes are reviewed by the relevant division hiring team and used only for the purpose of evaluating the application.
  • Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand which content is useful and how the site performs across devices.
  • No third-party selling: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
  • No unsolicited contact: We will not add you to a mailing list or send marketing communications unless you have explicitly requested it.

3. Data Retention Policy

  • Contact form leads: Retained for a maximum of 2 years from the date of submission, unless an active client relationship begins, in which case data is held for the duration of that relationship plus 2 years.
  • Job applications and resumes: Retained for 1 year from the date of submission unless the applicant is hired, in which case the data is transferred to HR records and retained according to employment law requirements.
  • Server logs: Retained for 90 days and then automatically purged.
  • Analytics data: Anonymised aggregate data is retained indefinitely. No personally identifiable analytics data is stored.
