Overview

IoT Products That Work in the Field, Not Just the Lab

What is an IoT device? An IoT (Internet of Things) device is a physical product — a sensor, a meter, a tracker — that connects to the internet to send and receive data. Building one requires combining hardware, embedded software (firmware), wireless connectivity (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN), and a cloud backend that stores and processes the data. We engineer the entire stack.

IoT product failures typically occur at the integration boundary — between the device firmware and the cloud backend, or between the sensor and the MCU. Quantova covers the full stack: sensor interface, MCU firmware, wireless connectivity, backend integration, and device management platform setup.

Common Questions

We design for certification readiness — antenna placement, EMC layout guidelines, and RF output compliance. We work with accredited test houses for actual certification testing.

We recommend based on your existing cloud investment and scale requirements. AWS IoT Core and Azure IoT Hub are our primary platforms, but we work with any major provider.
